Woke up today kind of congested but hey I'm not going to let this bug take me under. Today had a good morning workout... My friend and I took this pole dancing class @ Evolve Dance Studio with this awesome teacher MINA MORTEZAIE she is awesome. She taught us three spins ... The Firefly, The Butterfly and the Sunwheel. Now just cause she taught them meant I got them... I wanted to take a pic of me here for my day 17 but I left my camera at home and then when we got to the place I left my cellphone in the car. But when I go back I will take a pic of me with my pole.
Return of the ONE-EYED BANDIT yes I had to put my contact in, and remove the glasses cause lord knows swinging on that pole my glasses would have went flying.
