This should be one of those happy days during which you feel good and so does everyone else. You feel nothing but warmth, generosity and affection toward everybody around you and they, in turn, reflect it all back to you. Your benevolence extends to strangers as well and everyone you attract will be in a good mood. This morning, a quest for better health may find you writing out a grocery list and reviewing the positive and the negative on a variety of diets. Walking, exercising with a friend and planning to sign up for an exercise class at the local spa may be in order as well. You may also be thinking about further education so that you can get where you want to go with regard to your goals. Your ideas for progress are good.
